Shipping Policy

Requirements and Restrictions
You MUST be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive wine from Exit 9 Wine and Liquor Warehouse. All deliveries will require proof of age and signature.

In Store Pick-Up
In Store Pickup is available. Please place items to be purchased in your shopping cart, then select "Customer Pickup" under shipping options. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. Please allow 4 hours to assemble orders. Many times your order will be available before then, so please check your email. Any orders placed after 3pm will be available for pick up the following business day. Pick up is ONLY available Monday through Friday.

Liquor is available for in-store pick up only. At this time we are not able to ship our liquor products.

Shipping
Delivery is based on state availability and individual states’ regulatory requirements for wine shipping. Currently we can ship to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Some states have limits on the quantity of wine one can purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to review the laws and regulations in his or her state.

Be sure to include a CORRECT and CURRENT address for UPS. Address corrections and changes will be subject to an additional fee.

Order Quantities
A wine order must contain at least TWO bottles in order to be shipped. You may order any combination of wines in order to equal the minimum of two bottles. We are able to ship the following quantities: 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 and multiples of 6 (ex: 6, 12, 18, 24...). Kindly stick to these numbers when ordering!

Extreme Weather Conditions
Occasionally we may experience extreme heat or cold throughout our shipping areas; therefore Exit 9 Wine and Liquor Warehouse reserves the right to delay the release of shipments in order to ensure the product reaches you in quality condition.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days with original receipt and product is in good and original condition. If you have any questions please contact us.

Privacy Policy
When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.

Vintage Years
